Parking rates at Dallas Love Field will increase later this month due to increased parking demand, representatives say.
The new rates are being implemented across all three garages and will become effective on Oct. 18. A press release cites rising contractor salaries, increased demand, maintenance costs and analysis of rates at other Texas airports as reasons for the increase.
The Dallas Morning News reported yesterday that along with parking rate increases, that the rideshare pickup zone will be relocated to the current valet pavilion in 2025 in response to overwhelming citizen feedback.
The new rates are:
- Garage A will increase from $16 to $24 (all levels);
- Garage B will increase from $10 to $18 (uncovered), from $13 to $21 (covered);
- Garage C will increase rom $13 to $20 (uncovered), from $16 to $21 (covered), and from $25 to $30 (premium level); and
Valet will increase from $28 to $35
