On select dates in June, July and Aug., tea services specifically designed for ages 2-12 will be offered for $42 a child and $62 per adult. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance and can be found here.

The menu for the children’s tea service is divided into three courses: a first course of soup, followed by assorted tea sandwiches and concluded with a selection of sweets. The soup course, as published on the Arboretum’s website, is a chilled strawberry soup. Sandwiches offered include salami roses with string cheese, peanut butter and honey bears, Nutella fluffernutter, and roasted turkey and cheddar.

The tea services all begin at 2 p.m. on the following dates

June: 13, 15, 20, 22

July: 11, 13, 25, 27

August: 8, 10

The Arboretum also provides regular tea services throughout the year at the DeGolyer Tea Room. The current seasonal service, Garden Tea, is available daily for $62 a person. Two seatings are offered, at 11 a.m. and 2 p.m., and must be reserved 24 hours in advance.
