Season ticket sales for the upcoming Lake Highlands High School football season have opened.
The Wildcats are looking to three-peat as UIL District 7-6A champions and will look to senior running back Christian Rhodes to lead the charge. Currently ranked the 13th best running back in his class, the four-star prospect was nominated as one of the top returning backs in Texas by Sports Illustrated and committed to SMU in February.
Renewal and trade periods for season tickets have already closed, with new season ticket orders open from July 9 to August 8 — or when they sell out. Tickets can be purchased from the team’s brushfire page and cost $37 each. The tickets only apply to LHHS’s four home games and cannot be used for away games.
LHHS’s home schedule for this year is as follows:
- vs. Forney – Thursday, 8/28
- vs. Irving MacArthur – Friday, 10/3
- vs. Irving Nimitz – Friday, 10/24
- vs. Irving – Thursday, 11/6
At the state seven-on-seven tournament, the Wildcats advanced as one of the final eight teams in a field of 64 to the quarterfinals before falling to Dripping Springs. Rhodes was named one of the top ten players of the tournament by Dave Campbell’s Texas Football ahead of the competition. Highland Park transfer quarterback Chuck Smith threw five touchdown passes against Irving MacArthur to advance to the round of sixteen.
Head Coach Cory Campbell’s squad has won the district championship in each of his first two seasons at the helm and went undefeated in district play in 2024.
