Going into its fortieth year, Dallas Blooms is the largest floral festival in the Southwest. This year’s theme is “Outside the Ordinary.” Over 500,000 blooms will be showcased this year, according to our content sharing partners at KERA

Dallas Blooms runs from Feb. 22 to April 18. Planned programming includes cooking classes, live music and chef demonstrations. The Arboretum’s annual Food and Wine festival will take place on March 27.

The festival will also see the Arboretum host works by noted artist Seward Johnson, known for his work on hyper-realistic, life-size bronze sculptures depicting everyday life. Johnson’s statues, including the 20 foot tall work Crossing Paths, will be placed around the garden.

Ticket information can be found on the Arboretum’s website.
