Update: LHHS’s season came to an end with a 46-48 loss to Arlington Martin.
The Lake Highlands High School varsity basketball team is set to begin its UIL 6A playoff run this week.
Coming off a UIL District 7-6A co-championship-winning season, the Wildcats will tip off Tuesday night against Arlington Martin at 7 p.m. Grapevine High School will serve as the venue for the matchup. Tickets went on sale at 8 a.m. Monday morning and can be purchased here.Â
LHHS competes in 6A’s Division 1 classification, the largest in the state. The full UIL 6A D1 bracket can be found here.
The Wildcats finished the regular season with a 26-8 overall record, going 12-2 in district play. Their district record was good enough to finish the season as co-district champions alongside Jesuit Dallas.
