The woman injured in last week’s Forest Lane shooting has been listed in stable condition, according to the Dallas Police Department.
After responding to a call in the 9300 block of Forest Lane around 6:30 a.m. on the morning of June 7, officers found Nina Nicole Hall shot in the course of their preliminary investigation. Hall was transported to a local hospital and was listed in unknown condition. As of June 13, DPD reported Hall was last listed in stable condition.
The incident is being investigated as an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. The suspect, listed as a stranger, fired into Hall’s vehicle multiple times with an unspecified firearm before driving off, according to the incident report. The report also states that the incident was caught on video.
There is currently no suspect in custody, according to DPD.
