The campaign aims to increase LGBTQ allyship and highlight Snooze A.M. employees, called “Snoozers,” across the company’s social media during the Dallas Pride Parade. The campaign will also have them participate in interactive inclusive education and ally training throughout June.
“At Snooze, everyone is welcome at the table. Snooze is proud to take steps to ensure that every LGBTQ person feels the power of an affirming community,” Director of Impact Clint Hughey said in a statement.
Snooze A. M. will also partner with The Trevor Project to support the organization’s life-affirming and life-saving mission to end suicide among LGBTQ youth. Over the past two years, the restaurant has donated $70,768 to The Trevor Project.
Though neighbors are encouraged to dine at Snooze during Pride Month to support the effort, a purchase at Snooze will not impact donation amounts.
