Sure, Snooze, an A.M. Eatery is the latest brunch spot to open at the renovated The Hill shopping center.
Snooze, though, isn’t the only restaurant that recently moved to the development at Walnut Hill Lane and U.S. 75. Civil Pour is serving panini sandwiches and desserts now, too.
The coffee-shop-and-bar hybrid is the brainchild of Chad and Nellie Montgomery, who founded Big Texas Beer Fest, according to CultureMap. The menu features espresso, pour-overs, 25 varieties of beer and more. If sugar is your preferred vice, rum butter cake, lemon blueberry pound cake and muffins also are options.
