Feed Lake Highlands is asking for neighbors help and donations for its Fifth Wednesday Feed The Pantry tomorrow.
Nonperishable items such as soups, canned meat, jelly, juices and cereal will be accepted. They ask that all donated food is in jars, cans, boxes and sealed packets. Hygiene products are also welcome.
There is also a summer kickoff event set for this Thursday morning from 9 – 11 a.m.. The day will be complete with a bounce house, snow cones, popcorn, games and a big smoker grill for food options. By Tuesday, June 6, Feed Lake Highlands summer field trips start.
