Lake Highlands Public Improvement District will have a movie night and music in the park coming soon for families to enjoy.
The first event, which will be hosted with Dallas Police Department, will be a screening of Puss in Boots: The Last Wish. There will be treats provided by Kona Ice, drinks and snacks.
It will be a free movie night on the Forest Lane Academy playground starting at 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 27.
The next event is the return of Sundays in the Park on May 7. The Lupners will provide the tunes for the night and there will be shaved ice treats from Kona Ice, a balloon artist and caricature artist. The only thing required are blankets and maybe coolers, if you want to bring drinks for the family.
The event will be held from 5 – 7 p.m. at Watercrest Park at Lake Highlands Town Center.
