A Forest Lane Academy educator has won Texas Alliance of Black School Educators’ 2021 Teacher of the Year.
Student culture coach Andrew Harden is the winner of the award, Superintendent Jeannie Stone tweeted yesterday.
TABSE started in December 1968 with the purpose of discussing a coalition of African-American educators and others interested in developing strategies to improve educational opportunities for African-American students and to eradicate problems faced by educators of African-American students.
