Angry people are not always wise, which is why they need brunch. For the uninitiated, that first half is a Jane Austen quote.

I don’t know about you, but I’m always in the mood for brunch, angry or not. It would seem the people over at Alamo Drafthouse are thinking the same thing with this movie and brunch combo.

This Sunday, which also happens to be National Pie Day, Alamo Drafthouse is doing a 12:55 p.m. screening of Pride and Prejudice from 2005. A special brunch menu comes along with the screening.

That menu includes egg BLT, French toast, breakfast tacos and cocktails like desert spring water and the Italian 75. The regular ol’ full menu will also be available for those who want something different.

Late arrivals after the movie starts won’t be allowed. For more information and tickets, visit drafthouse.com and scroll to the bottom.

Alamo Drafthouse is located at 6770 Abrams Rd.
