Out of 13 area schools submitting videos, only LHHS, Coppell’s New Tech High School, Berkner and Richardson made the final cut. You may view them all on the Dallas BBB Facebook page and vote for your favorite.

The video, made by Jose Negrete, Nicholas Ross and Quentin May, warns students to beware of online vendors who may collect fees and make promises they don’t intend to keep. Although many LHHS parents are aware of the BBB’s 100-year reputation for warning consumers about illegal schemes, unscrupulous businesses and online scams, fresh-faced students with newly earned spending money may benefit from Wildcat Studios’ introduction to BBB’s free services and wise counsel.

If you’d like to help the Wildcats win, go to DallasBBB on Facebook and vote for “Trusting a Supplier” before April 11. Later this month, the teams will present their concepts before judges, and awards will be presented in May. Go Cats.
