Lake Highlands’ Danny Meyer shared this picture, which he says was taken in the early 1970s at the July 4 parade in Lake Highlands.
“It is one of my favorite, apparently a father helping his daughter get her bike prepared for the parade,” Meyer notes. “I am sure she would like this pic. If anyone can identify her, please do.”
