Lake Highlands High senior David Green will be tired on Thursday. For the next two days, Green is competing in both of the District 9-5A golf and track championships.
Green teed off at 8 a.m. on Tuesday morning at Firewheel Golf Course, and will head out to the district track meet to compete in the 100-meter and 200-meter for the track team at 6:40 p.m. and 7:45 p.m. respectively at Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas.
On Wednesday, he will again tee off at 8 a.m. and if he is in the Top-8 in the 100 m and 200 m, which is highly likely, then he will run again at 6:20 p.m. and 7:35 p.m. respectively.
