Even amid the dangers of the pandemic, local heroes keep showing up to their jobs each day to protect us while we’re sheltering at home. For the next 28 days, the Lake Highlands Public Improvement District and Imagine Dallas are teaming up with local restaurants to show appreciation by feeding workers at the Dallas Police Department, Dallas Fire-Rescue and Presbyterian Hospital. Donors are being sought to help pay for the meals.

You may deliver meals to 45 firefighters on one shift, 50 police officers on another or 125 healthcare workers on another. You’ll be compensated at $8 per meal, and you’ll get a “We Support our LH Heroes” sign to display at your business..
