The Lake Highlands YMCA is hosting a new program to help children keep their little minds and bodies active and safe. Yzone, for ages 1-5, will begin with warmups and include yoga, large motor skills and finer movements. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. The 4-week program is free.
Yzone will be held Friday mornings from 10:45-11:45 a.m. beginning February 16th. For more information, email Deb Brackenridge at dbrackenridge@ymcadallas.org.
