The restaurant opened in the spring of 2024 in Lakeridge Village with an expansive cocktail offering and a New American Menu. Now, the restaurant is adding a gaggle of seasonal offerings including a curated menu item from recipe developer Alex Snodgrass of “The Defined Dish.”

Snodgrass’s touch on the menu is the “Alex Chop Salad.” The medley of iceberg lettuce and watercress comes topped with shaved ribeye steak and served with olives, tomatoes, red onion, parmesan crisps and “SideDish” ranch. As shown by the salad’s ingredients, Paleo and Whole30 dietary influences are a feature of many of Snodgrass’ recipes.

Other seasonal bites include a crispy cod cutlet, branzino and braised beef egg noodles served with roasted carrot, pickled shiitake mushrooms and green onions. To finish, neighbors can indulge in a German chocolate cake.

New cocktails have also been added to Goldie’s bar offering. A prickly pear frozen margarita and the Monkey Bird, served with mezcal, strawberry syrup, basil, firewater tincture, and lemon, bring plenty of tequila into the mix and bourbon lovers can enjoy the Old Forrester-based Sweater Weather, which comes with vanilla liquor, egg white, apple cider demerara, and black walnut bitters.
