Dallas police have arrested the man they say shot and killed another driver in a case of road rage Thursday. The shooting happened around 2 p.m. on the southbound service road of 75 at Forest Lane.
Police say Isaias Perez, 34-year-old Latin male, shot Robert Fountain Jr., a 37-year-old Black male, after some type of altercation or perceived slight on the road. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene. Perez was questioned by homicide detectives and will be charged with murder.
