Easter Sunday falls on April 20 this year. To help neighbors celebrate, chef Matt Perry has developed a pre-fixe three course brunch menu. Brunch will be served from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m, with dinner service to begin at 4 p.m.

After starting with a basket of raisin bread and muffins, diners can choose from clam chowder with pancetta or a spring salad served with whipped goat cheese for an appetizer. Main choices include a Akaushi (translates to ‘The Emperor’s Breed’) beef hash served with a boiled egg, cured pork “Sakura” chilaquiles and crab cakes served with remoulade and Carolina cole slaw.

For dessert, guests will be served a lavender lemon cheesecake.

On the boozier side, Goldie’s will add mimosas, pimm’s cups and “bubbles and berries” (exactly what it sounds like) to its cocktail offering.

The price of the brunch (not including cocktails) comes out to $45 for adults and $20 for children aged 5-12. Reservations can be made by calling the restaurant or emailing info@goldiesdallas.com.
