Lake Highlands High School baseball Head Coach Andy Parker secured his 150th career win on Tuesday.
The Wildcats dominated Berkner in a shutout game that finished 9-0, with senior starting pitcher Mason Parsons credited with the win. After the game, players joined Parker on the field to celebrate his 150th career win with balloons and a photo.
Parker joined the team in 2017 and has led the Wildcats to seven consecutive playoff appearances. Hired as part of a “reboot” for the program, Parker was the first head coach hired since 2011 to not have served as an assistant under LHHS legend Jay Higgins.
