Dallas Police are investigating a homicide in North Lake Highlands after a shooting left one man dead and another individual in the hospital.

According to police, DPD officers responded to a shooting call in the 9200 block of Skillman St. at approximately 5:55 p.m on Tuesday, December 3. In their preliminary investigation, officers determined that two people had been shot. Dallas Fire-Rescue responded to the scene and transported one unidentified victim to a local hospital in stable condition, police say.

Police say the other victim, 27-year old Jeremna Robinson, died at the scene. A Dallas County Medical Examiner’s report lists the place of death as the 7-Eleven parking lot at 9230 Skillman St.

DPD has not publicly identified a suspect at this time.
