Jewel is a 15-year-old African American female, 5-foot-6 with black hair and brown eyes. Her mom doesn’t know if she has run away, been led away by bad actors or been straight-up kidnapped, but she fears that her daughter could be in danger today. The Dallas Police Department has classified her as both a missing person and a runaway.

If you believe you know something about Jewel’s case, you are asked to contact the DPD Youth Operations Unit at 214-671-4268 and reference case number 030098-2024. Those who provide tips may remain anonymous.

The vigil will begin at 6 p.m. as neighbors shower Veronica with love and support. Formal prayer will commence at 7 p.m. Neighbors may also bring notes and/or gift cards to uplift Veronica during this difficult time and/or sign up on the meal train calendar to deliver food. The vigil will be held at 9446 Crestedge Drive.
