Aaliyah Taylor is a junior at LHHS.
Aaliyah Taylor has cruised through some remarkable milestones in her young career on the Lady Wildcat basketball team. The Lake Highlands High School junior was named to the 6A all-district team as a freshman. She earned academic all-district honors as a sophomore, and Dave Campbell’s Texas Basketball crowned her Miss Texas Player of the Week.
Tonight, Taylor is expected to add a jewel to her crown.
When tonight’s match against Newman Smith tips off at 6:15, Taylor is hoping to notch her 1,000th point on her home court.
