Lake Highlands Presbyterian Church has officially opened its doors for a five day celebration of local art. Artist talks were held this afternoon at 2:30 p.m. featuring some of the creators behind the displays. Free art classes will be offered to the public for the remainder of the week, concluding with a dinner and silent auction on Friday.
The church welcomed a great turnout on day one and hopes to turn the celebration into an annual event if the positive reception continues.
