One90 Smoked Meats can now be found in Central Market as the local business began supplying the chain earlier this week.
As first reported by the Dallas Morning News, One90 is the only local barbecue business to sell brisket in Central Market. The barbecue joint will sell brisket, smoked chickens and a specially seasoned beef and duroc pork burger patty in Central Market’s retail locations.
“At Central Market, our team is always looking for the absolute best products, which also have passionate people behind them. We found that exact combination with One90 Smoked Meats,” Chris Bostad, Central Market vice president, said in a statement.
One90 first entered the national spotlight in 2017, when Guy Fieri featured the barbecue joint in the 28th season of his Food Network program Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives.
One90 Smoked Meats is located at 10240 E Northwest Highway.
