The 15th annual White Rock Home Tour is still looking for volunteer docents.
Docents are greeters, share interesting facts about homes, help prevent unruly or nosey behavior and sell tickets.
Adults and high-school students are welcome to sign up, and so are older kids, as long as they are willing to stand and work for a three-hour shift.
Docents wear black and can buy discounted T-shirts. Comfortable shoes are also advised. You don’t need to buy tickets to be a docent.
The home tour, which raises funds for Hexter Elementary, is noon to 5 p.m. April 22-23.
