Three new tenants— a chicken restaurant, a fertility clinic and a sushi spot— are coming soon to The Hill Shopping Center. Those spots include Soul Bird Chkn, Kindbody and Kome Sushi and Handroll.

Soul Bird Chkn, known for chicken sandwiches, wings and salads, is set to open in the space next door to Tacodeli and Boardroom Men’s Salon. No word on an exact date for The Hill location, yet.
There is currently one other Soul Bird Chkn location at The Shops at Legacy in Plano that opened earlier this year. The restaurant also has plans to expand to Arlington and Fort Worth by February 2023.

The second place opening soon is Kindbody, a New York-based fertility clinic. It’s set to open on Dec. 7, but virtual consultations are currently available.
This will be Kindbody’s first Dallas clinic and third Texas location following Austin and Houstion. The clinc’s mission is increasing access by creating transparency in fertility treatments and using telehealth for patients who may struggle with cost, according to founder Gina Bartasi.
Dr. Rinku Mehta will serve as medical director of the clinic at The Hill.
Last, there’s Kome Sushi and Handroll Bar, which isn’t connected to the Austin-based eatery that serves sushi. It will be in the former Sushi de Handroll space.
