After the Halloween festivities have passed, Dia de los Muertos begins the next day on Nov. 1. Vickery Park Branch Library has your plans covered with this kid-friendly event.

The library will screen sing-along songs from the movie Coco from 3 – 5:30 p.m. It will be a time filled with singing and dancing.

Dia de los Muertos, which translates to Day of the Dead, is a Mexican holiday that takes places annually from Nov. 1-2. Celebrations of the dead during the holiday include offerings of food drink and altars.
