HHM Health, the affordable health care center based in Vickery Meadow, will be opening an imaging center this fall.
This month is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and HHM Health wants to offer its breast cancer screening and imaging services to women in need. The new center will feature a mammogram machine, X-ray, bone-density scan and a sonogram machine.
Mammograms can help with early detection and preventative testing for breast cancer and detect lumps up to three years ahead of time.
HHM Health will help women with and without insurance access care and tests when the new center opens.
