Dr. George Mason, senior pastor at Wilshire Baptist Church, will moderate “CRT, Book Bans and Me,” a panel discussion for stakeholders in the public school system. Panelists will be Rev. Charlie Johnson, founder and executive director of Pastors for Texas Children, Casey Boland, U.S. History teacher at Lake Highlands High School, and Dr. Jeannie Stone, Richardson ISD superintendent from 2017 to 2021.
The discussion will be held Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. at Wilshire. The event is free and open to the public. Wilshire is at 4316 Abrams at Mockingbird.
