For those of you looking to spruce up your culinary skills or just learn how Chef Erin Willis whips up those mussels at RM 12:20, she’s hosting a cooking class on Mar. 24.
The class will focus on preparing the chef’s signature Mussels Meuniere. These are mussels with butter, garlic, shallots, herbs and lemon. There will also be wine to pair with your cooking and dining.
The class will be held Thursday, Mar. 24 at 6 p.m. at RM 12:20 Bistro.
Tickets are $30 per person and available on Resy on the site’s blue reservations tab.
