RISD PTA Reflections award winners
Nine Lake Highlands students are winners of Richardson Independent School District’s Reflections Overall Award of Excellence.
Students were judged on several entry categories for their art. The categories included music, film, dance, literature, visual art and photography.
Lake Highlands Elementary, Moss Haven Elementary, Merriman Park Elementary, LHHS and Forest Meadow Jr. High were all represented among the winners. They can be found above by grade level and category.
All nine students will go on to represent RISD at state-level later this year.
The PTA’s Reflections program encourages students to create original works of art or writing. This year’s theme was “I will change the world by…”
