Four people are in police custody in connection with the fatal shooting of a 60-year-old man on Tuesday evening outside of a Costco.
Dallas police responded to a shooting at a Costco at 8282 Park Lane in Lake Highlands. The man was found suffering a gunshot wound in the parking lot.
After the shooting, the man was taken to a hospital, where he died. Dallas County Medical Examiner’s office identified the victim as Ali Elbanna.
Two adult males, one adult female and one juvenile male suspects were identified and arrested on Thursday morning, police said.
The suspects in the shooting were identified as James Levels, 17, Janiya Miller, 17, and Jacoby Tatum, 19. The juvenile suspect’s identity was not released.
