The development will have 36 energy-efficient homes featuring a contemporary design mixed with Tudor-inspired architecture.

The green homes are located in Richardson ISD, just a block away from DART’s Red Line and near White Rock Lake, White Rock Creek, trails and parks.

“With the ever-increasing demand for housing in the Dallas market, we are excited to be able to offer homes with exceptional schools, active community involvement, access to fabulous lifestyle amenities nearby, and smart and efficient design. We are giving homeowners the lifestyle they want in the locations they desire,” said Adam Stetson, Division President of Dallas

The three and four-bedroom homes will be between 2,200 and 2,800 square feet with prices ranging from the mid- $700,000s.

StoryBuilt names each of their communities after a rescued animal or an employee pet. The neighborhood, called Goose at White Rock Valley, is named after a dog adopted from Dallas Pets Alive. Goose was found in an alley behind King Noodle Restaurant in March 2019.

“We love companies like StoryBuilt who help shed a light on causes and philanthropies in the community like ours. We are thrilled that this community was named after Goose, who was discovered and adopted through Dallas Pets Alive. Goose’s home is with StoryBuilt’s Dallas Division President Adam Stetson who also serves as Chairman of the Board for Dallas Pets Alive,” said Leslie Sans, Executive Director of Dallas Pets Alive.

Buyers have the option between six different floor plans, and the first houses are expected to be complete in 2022.
