As of Tuesday morning, there are five active coronavirus cases among Richardson ISD students and employees in the Lake Highlands feeder pattern.
This is a seven-case decrease from last week. This is the lowest number of active cases since Dec. 3, and the sixth week in a row of decreasing COVID cases in the feeder pattern.
RISD has reported the number of lab-confirmed positive cases of COVID-19 at each school and central location since the school year began Aug. 19.
As of 8:51 a.m. March 9, there are 32 active student cases, a 14-case decrease from last week. There are seven active employee cases districtwide, a one-case decrease since last week.
RISD has had a total of 1,620 student cases and 715 employee cases since the start of the school year.
