In 2015 we wrote about Lake Highland’s Clint and Whitney Barlow, the co-owners of Deep Ellum’s Trees and Bomb Factory. Since then, they’ve also acquired co-ownership of Canton Hall.
With that already impressive portfolio, the couple has now ventured into co-owning a new restaurant, Ebb & Flow.
Last year, Dallas Eater wrote about the possible restaurant and this week they confirmed the soft-opening of the restaurant this past weekend.
The restaurant will stay open until 2 a.m. with the plan of a DJ on Saturday nights and a Monday brunch for those who work in the service industry and don’t get to enjoy the typical Sunday brunch. The restaurant will serve sandwiches, turkey stroganoff, and snacks like Cubano egg rolls, and sausage-spiked queso, according to Central Track.
The restaurant is expected to be open full service hours sometime in October and is located at 2651 Commerce Street, Suite 100.
