LHHS has updated the school’s parking policy for 2019-2020 school year. Here’s a quick wrap up of the new rules:
Parking is a Privilege
Student must drive safely and responsibly and cannot violate any school rules concerning vehicle parking or operation of a vehicle on campus. Students should understand that school officials have the right to suspend or revoke driving and parking privileges.
Parking Areas
Students may park in one of two approved parking areas. The parking lot between the main campus building L and Wildcat Stadium or in the lot on the opposite side of Wildcat Stadium near White Rock Trail.
Insurance Requirements
In order to park on campus, students must provide a copy of their insurance policy, including their name on the policy, at the time they purchase their parking permit.
Search and Seizure
By entering the parking lot, the person driving any vehicle is giving consent to a complete search of the vehicle by the school officials or police. The area of search will include the entire driver and passenger compartments, trunk and undercarriage.
