In 2015, St. Vincent became the first solo female artist to win a Grammy for Best Alternative Album in two decades.
Fast forward to 2019, the Lake Highlands native snagged another award in a different, albeit often male-dominated category.
St. Vincent and songwriter/producer Jack Antonoff won Best Rock Song for her single “MASSEDUCTION,” beating out the likes of Greta Van Fleet and Twenty One Pilots.

St. Vincent, whose name actually is Annie Clark, took the stage with Dua Lipa at Sunday’s awards. Watch their performance here.
