PSW Real Estate LLC wants to build single-family homes on White Rock Trail, and City Councilman Adam McGough is seeking your feedback on the development.
He’s hosting a town hall meeting Monday, Oct. 1, at the Lake Highlands North Recreation Center.
PSW Real Estate obtained the the property under contract from Richardson ISD, who previously planned to build a school that would relieve White Rock Elementary’s overcrowding issues. The contract price was $5.7 million.
PSW plans to construct 38 houses with one shared-access drive. The company is requesting that Dallas City Council approve a planned development district with a special use permit for a transit passenger station. The firm also is requesting to terminate the property’s current deed restrictions, which were established in 1978 and do not allow for a shared-access drive.
The meeting starts at 6 p.m.
