Friday at Sun Fresh Market
H-E-B/Central Market recently bought our neighborhood Albertsons-turned-Sun Fresh, as we reported recently, and they will close at the end of August, according to one of the cashiers last Friday. We still aren’t sure what brand will open after that at the Northwest Highway-Ferndale location, though we learned it won’t be H-E-B.
We do know Sun Fresh is attempting to sell all of its inventory, including beer, wine, beauty products, diapers and more, before the end of the month.
Another store in the same center is selling its inventory throughout the end of the month, too. Ra Ra’s Closet on Northwest Highway also plans to close by September.
