The Neighbor’s Casual Kitchen lot at Audelia and Walnut Hill was full last night, which could only mean one thing — the new Lake Highlands restaurant, which replaced the longstanding Highlands Cafe, is open.
According to the restaurant’s Facebook page, the kitchen opened Tuesday.
