Lake Highlands now has one less coffee shop to choose from.
The Seattle’s Best Coffee drive-through in the Timber Creek shopping center is slated to close in October. That’s according to D Magazine, who reports that the Starbucks-owned coffee company is closing its 10 D/FW locations to “reinvest in areas where it’s already strong.”
Last year the the Timber Creek drive-through — and nine other locations around D/FW — opened on the same day offering “a piece of Seattle in our hometown,” along with free coffee, during opening week.
