Admitted Lake Highlands rapist faces 5-99 years in prison
Cesar Benitez, the man accused of sexually attacking three Lake Highlands women last year, pled not guilty on all charges and a trial was set for today, but during jury selection the defendant changed his mind, reports KRLD from the courthouse.
Dallas County judge Ernest White will sentence Benitez at a later date.
