“Some 5,000 adopted rubber ducks raced down the creek, and the fastest 5 ducks earned their adoptive parents cool stuff, including a grand prize of a $2500 Visa gift card,” Shertzer notes.

Kids enjoyed a bounce house, giant inflatable slide, face painting and fun carnival-type games.

But the most popular activity for kids seemed to be throwing inflatable ducks into the town center’s fountain!
