As promised, final details about the Exchange Club July 4th Parade:
Wednesday, July 4, float judging starts at 8:30 a.m. sharp.
The parade begins at 9 a.m. in front of Lake Highlands High School on Church.
Carnival, featuring live music by Bluestem Grass, follows the parade at the Lake Highlands Recreation Center across the street.
Also, I feel obligated to mention that there is a prize for loudest float; we know you might have the day off, but that doesn’t mean anyone around here is going to let you sleep in.
