Love is Louder
Bishop Lynch High School kicked off the school year with an all-school assembly presented by Cameron Ernst, a Lake Highlands-based artist with a catchy, piano pop song, “Love is Louder,” which carries a message about the impact of a positive attitude.
Junior astronaut
This summer, 10-year-old Lake Highlands resident Courtney Roberts won the “Right Stuff” award at the U.S. Space and Rocket Center space camp. She spent a week at the camp and flew in a simulated space shuttle mission to the International Space Station, participating in experiments and a space walk. Retired astronaut Robert “Hoot” Gibson spoke at the graduation.
