On the road tonight, the Lake Highlands High Lady Wildcats softball team looks to move to 17-0 on the season Wednesday at 4:30 p.m. at W.T. White.
The Lady Wildcats are in the second game of the back-swing of the of the schedule, having already defeated W.T. White 20-0 earlier this season in one of Erin Brennan’s six shutouts.
On the home-front, the Wildcats baseball team looks to secure at least partial ownership of the second seed in District 9-5A with a win against Richardson at 7 p.m. tonight.
LHHS is tied with Richardson and W.T. White for second place at 4-2. The Wildcats get consecutive chances to lock up the second spot with a win tonight, and a win next week against the Longhorns.
