The RISD used book fair runs 10 a.m.-8 p.m. Feb. 17-19 and noon-6 p.m. Feb. 20 at its new location in the Dal-Rich Shopping Center at the southeast corner of Coit and Belt Line. The Council of PTAs hosts its 29th annual sale, which benefits local PTAs and scholarship funds, with items ranging from 25 cents to $2.
