There isn’t a square inch of Lake Highlands that hasn’t felt the impact of the Exchange Club — the heroes poster, the rec center Halloween carnival, the Fourth of July parade, more than $100,000 annually in scholarships for LHHS seniors, and so much more.

We sat down this week with Exchange Club president Tommy Bailey, who talked to us about the upcoming LH Live 5 event, the amazing marksmanship of fellow Exchange Club members, and how the service club, which formed in the early’60s, continues to thrive in a modern, urban setting.
